

Dr. Carole Wharton has over 30 years of consulting, teaching, and management experience in government, museums, associations, colleges and universities.
As a consultant, she has focused on performance measurement, leadership and team development, strategic planning, facilities master planning, and networking and project development for associations.
As a senior official, Carole has been responsible for strategic planning for a major university, capital planning for a major university system, and planning and budgeting for a national museum complex. She has focused on policy development, quality improvement, performance measurement, and workplace learning.
Carole presents workshops to national museum, college and university audiences on strategic planning, resource allocation -- linking planning and budgeting, performance measurement, business planning, and surviving construction projects.
She has served as institute faculty on business planning, performance measurements, strategic planning and resource allocation.
